Spiced Blackberry Jelly

A basic recipe for the experience jelly preserver. Please disregard the Nutrition information as it includes the values for the fruit pulp fiber, which is bound for the compost heap, unless you have another use for it.

allspice berries

blackberries (any type)

balsamic vinegar

Heat first 5 ingredients and simmer gently for 30 minutes.

Strain.

Add warmed sugar and make jelly.

Store 3 weeks before eating.
