Hot Potato Salad and Bacon

onion, minced

bacon drippings

vinegar

bacon, fried and crumbled

Put sliced potatoes in a saucepan and cook in 2 inches of salted water until just tender. Drain.

Sauté onion in bacon drippings until tender, stir in vinegar, parsley, sugar, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Mix gently with potatoes and bacon.

Serve warm.
