Sauté garlic and onions in oil.
Brown meat well in skillet.
Boil pennine pasta in salted water until medium done.
In large casserole, mix meat, garlic, onions and pennine. Add tomato juice, tomatoes, catsup, and oregano. Mix.
Bake in 300°F over for 1 hour.
