Banana Bread

butter

large bananas

Cream butter and sugar, and add eggs.

Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.

Mash bananas and add last to mixture.

Bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour.

Check with toothpick (toothpick should come out clean).

Servings: 16

Yield: 1 loaf
